This project transformed and expanded a beloved space for our client by replacing an outdated, smaller studio and worn out deck with a beautiful new covered porch and art studio.

The new art studio, designed with the artist’s needs in mind, features a large expanse of windows that flood the space with natural light. We've included a wall-mounted easel area to easily accommodate canvases of various sizes, and a custom built-in storage wall provides ample space for all the client's art supplies, keeping the studio organized and functional.

The covered porch has been thoughtfully designed to allow for year-round outdoor living. High-powered ceiling fans and built-in heaters ensure comfort in any season, while the generous layout provides plenty of room for soft seating, a TV area, and a dedicated space for dining. Additionally, we've incorporated an outdoor grilling area, perfect for entertaining and enjoying meals al fresco.
