What began as an outdated, tile-heavy lakeside property has been completely reimagined into a sleek and masculine modern retreat.

The original interiors felt compartmentalized and dated, with an abundance of cold tile and traditional finishes. Our design vision centered around creating a bold yet comfortable home that embraced lakefront living with warmth, texture, and clean lines.
 

We opened up the layout to improve flow and natural light, introduced rich wood tones, matte black fixtures, and layered materials to add depth and character.

Durable finishes, custom built-ins, and intentional moments of contrast now anchor the space—striking a balance between rugged and refined.

The result is a modern lakeside home with personality and presence—tailored for relaxed entertaining and year-round enjoyment.
